  • - 50ml Douglas Fir Infused Gin
  • - Fever Tree Sicilian Lemonade
  • - Lemon & lime to garnish

Steps

Step 1.

Add 50ml Douglas Fir Infused Gin into a glass

Step 2.

Add ice

Step 3.

Top with Sicilian Lemonade

Step 4.

Garnish with fresh slices of lemon & lime

Ingredients

  • - 50ml Piston Coffee Infused Gin
  • - 1 Shot of Espresso
  • - 15ml Maple Syrup

Steps

Step 1.

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shakers

Step 2.

Add ice to shaker

Step 3.

Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels icy

Step 4.

Strain into glass

Step 5.

Garnish with 2/3 coffee beans

A delicate cocktail featuring the fresh aromas of our Strawberry & Hibiscus Gin with hints of citrus and rose.

Ingredients

  • - 40ml Piston Strawberry & Hibiscus Gin
  • - 20ml Lemon Juice
  • - 20ml Sugar Syrup
  • - 5ml Rose Water
  • - Still Water
  • - Fresh Raspberries
  • - Fresh Mint Leaves

Steps

Step 1.

Add a handful of fresh mint leaves and raspberries into a cocktail shaker

Step 2.

Into the shaker add 40ml Piston Strawberry & Hibiscus Gin

Step 3.

Add the Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Rose Water

Step 4.

Shake and double strain into a glass topped with ice

Step 5.

Garnish with a fresh mint and raspberries
