Use a tall or high ball glass

Step 2.

Begin with 50ml of Piston Distinguished Dry Gin

Step 3.

Add 75ml Slimline Tonic

Step 4.

Add lots of ice

Step 5.

Garnish with grapefruit and blackberry

Step 1.

Add a handful of fresh mint leaves and raspberries into a cocktail shaker

Step 2.

Into the shaker add 40ml Piston Strawberry & Hibiscus Gin

Step 3.

Add the Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Rose Water

Step 4.

Shake and double strain into a glass topped with ice

Step 5.

Garnish with a fresh mint and raspberries

Step 1.

Place the gin, pineapple juice, syrup and lime juice into a cocktail shaker

Step 2.

Add ice to shaker

Step 3.

Shake and strain into glass, add extra ice

Step 4.

Top with your choice of Tonic, Lemonade or Soda

Step 5.

Garnish with fresh pineapple and lime wedges
